ImpactPreneur Academy ("we", "us") is an online entrepreneurship school. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through our website and learning platform.

2. Information we collect

• Contact and application data: name, email, phone, country, education and experience, and the motivation you submit.
• Account and learning data: course enrolments, progress, assessment results, assignment submissions and certificates.
• Payment data: transaction references and status from our payment processors (Paystack and Flutterwave). We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, and cookies.

3. How we use your information

• To process applications, enrolments and payments
• To deliver courses, mentoring and certificates
• To check academic integrity of submitted work, including similarity and AI-writing detection by third-party providers
• To communicate about your studies and, with consent, news and offers
• To improve our services and meet legal obligations

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us operate (payment processors, email, hosting, integrity-checking services) and when required by law. We do not sell personal data.

5. Retention & security

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and protect it using access controls and encryption in transit.

6. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting us.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for security and sessions, and may use analytics cookies to understand site usage.
