By using our website or learning platform you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information when applying and enrolling.

3. Programmes, fees and payment

Programme fees are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) and US Dollars ($) and are payable through our approved payment processors. Access to a course is granted after successful payment confirmation.

4. Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the programme and how much content has been accessed. Our refund policy for each programme will be shown at checkout. Contact admissions for assistance.

5. Academic integrity

All submitted work must be your own. We use similarity-checking and AI-writing detection tools. Plagiarism or undisclosed AI-generated work may lead to resubmission, withheld certificates or removal from the programme.

6. Intellectual property

Course materials are owned by ImpactPreneur Academy or its licensors and are for your personal learning only. You keep ownership of your own business ideas and submissions, and grant us permission to host and assess them.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, share paid content or harass others.

8. Liability

We provide education and do not guarantee business results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the relevant programme.

9. Changes & governing law

We may update these terms and will post the latest version here. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
